Poultry-Noodle Bake

1 1/2 c. milk

1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

3 eggs, beaten

2 c. fine noodles, cooked and drained

2 c. cubed, cooked chicken or turkey

1 c. soft bread crumbs

4 oz. sharp cheese, shredded

1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted

1/4 c. chopped onion

Blend milk and soup together; add eggs. Combine all the rest of the ingredients, stirring until mixed. Turn into 12×7 1/2x 2 inch baking dish. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes, or until knife inserted off center comes out clean. Cut in squares to serve.

Serves 6 to 8.
