Rice Casserole

2 cans beef consomme soup

1/2 env. Lipton dry onion soup mix

1 c. rice (long cooking)

1 stick butter

1 can sliced mushrooms

Melt butter and soup together in a saucepan. Pour in baking dish. Stir in dry soup mix, rice, and mushrooms. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until rice is done.
