2 (6 oz.) cans broiled mushroom crowns
1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salad oil
1/4 c. finely chopped salami
1/4 c. smoked cheese spread
1 Tbsp. catsup
Soft bread crumbs
Drain mushrooms. Hollow out and chop enough of the pieces to make 3 tablespoons. Cook these pieces with the onion in salad oil. Stir in salami, cheese, and catsup. Stuff into mushroom crowns; sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 425° for 6 to 8 minutes.
