Stuffed Mushrooms

2 lb.mushrooms

1 lb. sausage

1/2 pkg. dry onion soup

1 egg

Cut off stems of mushrooms and clean caps. Mix together sausage, 1/2 package onion soup, chopped stems, and egg. Stuff caps and bake in flat pan with 1 teaspoon water for 20 minutes at 350°, covered, last 15 minutes, uncovered.
