Raspberry Applesauce Molds

1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jello

1 c. boiling water

1 1/2 c. applesauce

1 1/4 tsp. lemon juice

Mayonnaise (optional)

Sour cream (optional)

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Stir in lemon juice and apple sauce. Pour into individual molds or a serving dish. Chill until set. Makes 2 1/2 cups. May be served plain or with mayonnaise or sour cream.
