1 medium head cabbage
1 medium green pepper
1 medium onion
2 stalks celery
1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. vinegar
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. celery seed
Mix sugar, vinegar, salt, and celery seed. Grate cabbage. Chop pepper, onion, and celery. Pour vinegar mixture over cabbage, onion, pepper and celery. Mix well. Let stand in refrigerator overnight.
