6 Tbsp. mayonnaise
6 tsp. vinegar
Salt and pepper
1 Tbsp. dehydrated onion
18 oz. cooked potatoes, sliced
Parsley flakes
Bake potatoes in oven at 475°-500°, until done. Skins will be crisp. This gives the flavor. Beat vinegar into mayonnaise. Add salt, pepper, onion flakes, and potatoes. Top with parsley. Serves 6.
