2 1/2 lb. chicken pieces
1 onion, chopped
3 potatoes, peeled and diced
4 carrots, sliced
2 stalks celery, sliced
3 Tbsp. Kikkoman soy sauce
1 tsp. Tabasco pepper sauce
1 tsp. salt
Water to cover (about 3 1/2 c.)
Combine ingredients. Cover and cook on low heat 2-3 hours. Stir occasionally. Add water, if necessary. Before servingremove bones.
