Kitty’s Crab Dip

6-oz. crab meat

1/2 lemon, juiced

1 c. mayonnaise

4 to 6-oz. grated Swiss cheese

1 small onion, grated

1 T. horseradish

1/2 tsp. curry powder

Salt and pepper

Mix all together and place in buttered baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with Wheat Thins, Triscuits, Fritos or other crackers.
