- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 env. onion soup mix
Oven temp. 450°. Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Mix cream cheese and soup mix (about 3/4 of cream cheese and 3/4 of soup mix, to taste). Stuff mushroom caps with cream cheese mixture and place on cookie sheet. Bake until bubbly.
