Santa Barbara Recipes 1991: Spinach Dip

  • 1 10-oz. pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup
  • 1 can water chestnuts, diced
  • 4 green onions, chopped, optional

Mix all ingredients and chill. Mix again before serving.
