- 1 10-oz. pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup
- 1 can water chestnuts, diced
- 4 green onions, chopped, optional
Mix all ingredients and chill. Mix again before serving.
