Santa Barbara Recipes 1991: Guacamole Dip

• 1 avocado
• 1 8-inch celery stalk
• 1/2 small onion
• 1 small garlic clove
• 1/4 tsp/ Tabasco sauce
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1 T. mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
