First Layer: Small to medium head lettuce
Second Layer: Chopped spring onion (use all of onion, about 1/2 cup)
Third Layer: Chopped celery (1/2 cup)
Fourth Layer: Frozen English peas (2 packages)
Fifth Layer: Mayonnaise
Sixth Layer: Parmesan Cheese
Seventh Layer: Bacon bits
Break lettuce into bite size pieces. Place in a medium bowl. Add layers of onion and celery. Break frozen English peas and place on top of salad. Spread enough mayonnaise to cover the peas fairly thick. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, completely covering the mayonnaise. Sprinkle with fried crumbled bacon bts. Let stand or set in refrigerator overnight.
