Frozen Fruit Salad

1 (16 oz.) ctn. sour cream

2 Tbsp. lemon juice

3/4 c. sugar

1/8 tsp. salt

3 bananas, cut up

1 (8oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)

1/2 c. chopped pecans

1 small jar cherries, chopped

2 Tbsp. cherry juice

Combine all ingredients and pour into square baking dish. Freeze until firm. Super on hot summer days!
