Chinese Slaw

1 c. chopped celery

1 can Chinese bean sprouts, drained

1 can tiny peas, drained

1 can green beans, drained

1 can water chestnuts, chopped

3/4 c. sugar

3/4 c. vinegar

1 large onion, sliced

Salt and pepper to taste

Mix lightly. Sprinkle sugar over top. Pour vinegar over. Refrigerate. Will keep for 3 or 4 weeks.
