Santa Barbara Recipes: Orange Spinach Salad With Honey Dill Dressing

Honey Dill Dressing

  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 T. honey
  • 2 T. lemon juice
  • 1 to 2 tsp. dill weed
  • 2 T Dijon mustard

Orange Spinach Salad

  • 10-oz fresh spinach
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce
  • 2 T. diced onion
  • 2 T. diced green pepper
  • 2 lg. oranges, peeled, sectioned
  • 1 cucumber, shredded
  • honey dill dressing

This makes 10 to 12 servings.
