Honey Dill Dressing
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 2 T. honey
- 2 T. lemon juice
- 1 to 2 tsp. dill weed
- 2 T Dijon mustard
Orange Spinach Salad
- 10-oz fresh spinach
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- 2 T. diced onion
- 2 T. diced green pepper
- 2 lg. oranges, peeled, sectioned
- 1 cucumber, shredded
- honey dill dressing
This makes 10 to 12 servings.
