Zucchini Cheese Bake

1 lb. ground beef

1/2 yellow onion, chopped

1/2 tsp garlic

1 lb. zucchini, cooked 5 minutes

6 oz. Longhorn cheese, shredded

1 (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup

Grease baking dish. Cook ground beef until done and drain. Mix together ground beef, onion, and garlic. Layer in greased dish, 1/2 hamburger mixture, 1/2 zucchini, and 1/2 cheese. Repeat layers. Mix soup with 1/4 cup of juice of zucchini. Pour over dish. Bake, uncovered, 40 minutes at 350°.
