Bean Pie Casserole

1/2 lb. ground beef

1 small onion

1/4 c. green pepper

1/2 c. tomtoes

1/2 c. kidney beans, cooked

1/2 c. navy beans, cooked

1/2 c. pinto beans, cooked

1 c. corn meal

Brown onions; add ground beef and pepper; brown until beef is done. Add beans, tomatoes, and let it get hot. Pour into casserole dish and pour a thin layer of corn bread batter over top. Bake at 450° until corn bread is done.

You can use all pinto beans and that is good, also.
