1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 stick margarine or butter
6 or 8 nice size Irish potatoes
Peel potatoes; cut in quarters. Mix first 4 ingredients well. Roll potatoes in mixture. Melt the stick of margarine in long pan. Place potatoes in pan of margarine. Bake 20 minutes at 325°. Turn potatoes over and bake 20 more minutes.
