Tortilla Roll Ups

1 8-oz pkg. cream cheese

1 c. sour cream

1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

4-oz. chopped black olives, drained

4-oz. chopped Ortega green chilies, drained

1/4 c. green onion

Garlic powder, to taste

Seasoning salt, to taste

5 flour tortillas, 10 inch

Mix all the ingredients together except tortillas. Spread on tortillas and roll up each tortilla separate. Wrap in Saran Wrap and chill for several hours or overnight. When ready to serve, slice rolls in slices 1/2-inch thick. Serve on tray with swirl up. Serve with salsa.
