Santa Barbara Recipes: Mustard Sauce

  • 1/4 c. Margarine
  • 1/4 c. Vinegar
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 1/4 c. Prepared Mustard
  • 1 Egg

Beat the egg slightly; mix other ingredients into egg and place in saucepan on medium heat. heat and stir until slightly thickened. Beat as required to prevent separating.
