Broccoli Casserole

2 boxes chopped broccoli

1 can mushroom soup

1 c. mayonnaise

2 eggs, beaten

2 Tbsp, minced onion

1 c. grated, sharp cheese

1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers

Cook broccoli 5 minutes in salted water. Drain well. Mix soup, mayonnaise, eggs, onion, and cheese together. Pour mixture over broccoli in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with crushed crackers. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
