1 c. maccaroni, cooked
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 c. cooked, chopped ham
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked
2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
Grated cheese
Saltine cracker crumbs
In a large bowl, combine macaroni, cheese, ham, and broccoli. Place in a greased 2 quart casserole dish. In a medium saucepan, over medium heat, melt butter and add flour and dry mustard, stirring constantly until flour is dissolved. Add milk all at once and stir constantly until thickened. Pour over casserole. Top with grated cheese and cracker crumbs. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
