Brussels Sprouts Cheese Noodles Casserole

1 qt. fresh Brussels sprouts

1 1/4 tsp. salt

3 Tbsp. butter

1/8 tsp. pepper

1 lb. noodles

1 tsp. salt

3 Tbsp. butter

2 c. shredded cheese

1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Trim Brussels sprouts; place in saucepan containing 1 inch boiling water and salt. Bring to a boil; cook for 5 minutes. Cover; cook for 15 minutes longer or until Brussels sprouts are crisp but tender. Drain. Add butter and pepper and toss. Pile in center of noodle ring.

Cook noodles in boiling water until tender; drain. Add butter; toss until butter has melted. Pour into greased mold. Place in pan of hot water. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Unmold into serving dish. Melt cheese; stir in Worcestershire sauce. Pour over noodle ring.
