Beef-Noodle Casserole

Leftover roast beef, diced

Leftover gravy (at least 1 1/2 c.)

3/4 c. sliced onions

1/4 c. green pepper, chopped

1 small can mushrooms

2 oz. noodles, cooked

Saute onions, green pepper, and leftover beef in 2 tablespoons oil until lightly browned. Add mushrooms and tomatoes; simmer 15 minutes. Add cooked noodles; season to taste. Pour into casserole. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
