Sweet Potato Souffle

3 c. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed

1 c. sugar

1/2 tsp. salt

1/3 stick butter

1/2 c. milk

1 tsp. vanilla

Topping:

1 c. brown sugar

1/2 c. flour

1 c. chopped pecans

1/3 stick butter, melted

Blend all ingredients with mixer and pour into a gresed baking dish.

Topping: Melt butter and mix in remaining ingredients. Sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes.
