Creamy Cabbage

1 medium head cabbage

1/4 c. water

1 pkg. cream cheese, cubed

2 Tbsp. milk

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. celery seed

Dash of pepper and paprika

Shred cabbage into 2 quart casserole. Add water. Cook, covered, on medium heat until done. Stir during cooking time. Add all remaining ingredients, except paprika. Cook, covered, about 8 minutes. Stir carefully to mix xheese with cabbage. Garnish with paprika.
