Cheesy Baked Tomatoes

1 c. chopped broccoli

4 large tomatoes, cut horizontally into halves

1/2 c. Bisquick

1/2 c. shredded cheese

1/4 c. mayonnaise

1/4 tsp. salt

2 thinly sliced green onions

1 egg

Heat 1/2 inch water to boiling in 1 quart saucepan; add broccoli. Cover and heat to boiling; cook about 5 minutes; drain. Heat oven to 400°. Lightly grease square pan, 9x9x2 inches. Place tomatoes, cut side up, in pan. Mix broccoli and remaining ingredients in small bowl. Spoon and spread 2-3 tablespoons of mixture onto cut side of each tomato half. Bake, uncovered, until topping is puffed and golden brown (about 25 minutes). Makes 8 servings.
