Pickled Shrimp

5 lb. shrimp

2 qt. red vinegar

3 Tbsp. dry mustard

2 tsp. red pepper

1/4 c. celery seed

1/2 c. salt

Boil together vinegar, mustard, pepper, celery seed, sand salt. Add shrimp until done. 5-10 minutes.

For table: Melt butter. Add garlic salt. Dip shrimp.
