1/4 lb. Bleu cheese
1/2 lb. cream cheese
1/3 c. chutney
1/2 c. toasted sliced almonds
Blend together the bleu cheese, cream cheese and chutney. Form into ball. Roll ball in chopped almonds and chill. Serve with crackers. Can be frozen. Make into 1 large ball or 2 small ones.
