Dill Dip

2/3 c. cottage cheese

1/3 c. mayonnaise

1/3 c. sour cream

1 T. finely chopped parsley

1 T. finely chopped green onions

1 tsp. dill weed

1 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning, (Spice Island), I use allspice ground

Mix together and let set for 2 to 3 hours in advance to achieve full seasoning of dill weed.
